About a towing service or invoice
If you have a question about a towing or roadside service, an arrival time, or an invoice or receipt, please contact the towing company that provided the service. They handle your request and your bill. ProTow is the software they use, and it cannot change a service request or an invoice.
If you receive texts about your request, reply STOP to stop texts from that company or HELP for help. Read the SMS Terms.
